The bill you signed up for
Your invoice is your plan price β every month, on every plan, monthly or annual. The only extra is a prorated difference when you upgrade mid-cycle, shown before you confirm.
Started conversations finish
Hitting the limit stops only NEW contacts entering campaigns. Messages for people already in a flow (e.g. the link after they share an email) keep going out, and you can always reply by hand.

Moving up mid-period raises the limit for the current period too β automations resume the same minute, with no waiting for the next invoice.

Pricing FAQ
- How does the free trial work?
- Starter and Growth come with a 14-day free trial on monthly billing. You connect your Instagram account and add a card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends β cancel before then and you pay nothing. Annual plans start as a normal purchase; if you switch to annual during a trial, the free days stay. One trial per workspace, Instagram account and person. Only on your first subscription.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- If you do nothing, we charge the plan you picked and it continues. If you cancel during the trial, you keep the paid features until the last trial day and then move to the Free plan β we email you before the first charge either way.
- What is an Active Contact?
- A person your automations actually messaged in a given billing month. If the same person interacts with three campaigns, they still count once. Conversations you handle manually in the inbox don't count.
- What happens when I hit my limit?
- You can't go over it β that's the point. New contacts stop entering campaigns and wait for the next period. Conversations already started keep running, you can always reply manually, and upgrading raises the limit immediately. There is never an extra charge.
- If I upgrade mid-month, do I wait for the next invoice?
- No. Upgrading raises the limit for the current period straight away and automations resume within the minute. You pay only the prorated difference, shown before you confirm.
- What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
- Annual plans are billed once a year at a discount. The Active Contacts limit is monthly either way β annual just fixes your price for twelve months.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel or change plans anytime; paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Free requires no card at all.
- Do you sell everywhere?
- Almost. We can't take card payments from consumers in the United Kingdom, QuΓ©bec or British Columbia β those places require local tax registration from the very first sale, and we're not registered there yet. Companies from those regions can subscribe normally: with a valid VAT or tax number the reverse-charge mechanism applies. Everywhere else, both consumers and companies are fine.
