Data deletion

You can have all data CommentTap holds about you or your Instagram account deleted at any time. Choose whichever way is easiest:

If you use CommentTap

Delete your account in Settings → Delete account. This removes your workspaces, connected accounts, contacts, conversations and uploaded files.

If you connected Instagram to CommentTap

Remove CommentTap in your Instagram settings under Apps and websites. Instagram then notifies us automatically and we delete the data associated with your account. You will receive a confirmation code and a link back to this page to check the status.

By email

Email privacy@commenttap.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete your data and confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).
